This was a terrible experience 8 o’clock appointment did not even touch my vehicle for an hour and a half. What good is an appointment? How do you get behind that early in the morning. For a new facility, this place was filthy. The tables were dirty. The floor was dirty. The restroom was terrible.! Lack of concern in front of staff for the wait times!

Having our windshields repaired was an easy process and I recommend it to anyone who is providing home care to an aging adult or a child. This is a great opportunity to handle your business while in the comfort of your home. I think that this has been a great experience for my husband and myself. We hope that our neighbors, who were peering out their windows, will use this service in the future if they need windshield repairs.

Shane was very professional and a pleasure to talk to.very knowledgeable and answered my Questions without Hesitation. Shane was thorough and did the Job fairly Quickly and Calabrated My Car and Windshield sensors faster than I thought it would take and we even shared a story or two along the way during Calibration. The tech that came to my home started off very nice. I kept looking out my window to check on my car and I notice he was banging on my car windshield I walked outside and ask why was my hood up and he explained. When he was finished he was loading up his van and I notice my car was damaged. I asked him what happened, he couldn't even explain. I was so upset I called my husband video chat so he can see what this guy did to my car. The man had the actual piece he broke in his hand and I asked him to give me my part to my car . He did not want to and I said you cant take that I have to inform your company you broke it . This man almost didnt give me my part to the car ..it was broken in cookie pieces I couldn't believe it . This part os on top of my car and I asked him why would he be on top of the roof of my car if he is replacing the glass .? He still couldn't answer. I had called my insurance company to make sure they document the event and I also had to call safelite. This was a horrible expired, no apologies from the tech or the store he came from . No one called to speak to me about this. I would not recommend no one to deal with this company. They seem not to care about cus
